Our seeds were planted in the financial services industry in 1992. Richard Louis ePayLegal Program Director

Following the Air Force, I spent four years with Dun & Bradstreet, learning directly from business owners how each made their company successful. Over the next 14 years I successfully set up and ran businesses in the energy conservation, water purification, and tanning salon industries, before deciding to focus on the mortgage industry – Initially in the servicing sector, and then for the next 15 years on the retail side. The theme common to the success in all of these ventures was marketing – Identifying, then understanding, the needs of a market, then building innovative solutions to meet that need. The ePayLegal Client Finance Platform is the result of applying exactly this process – And serves the largest under served market in the United States today – Average working people that need access to quality private representation from Attorney’s they otherwise can not afford to retain. Eric Eichlin President

Eric started in Merchant Bank Services, quickly moving up to support the national sales effort in the marriage of tech resources to market need. Six years later he met Dave Wilson, current CEO of ePay Management, in building Visa Net’s original help desk for POS Systems and distribution of payment terminals. In 2000, Eric and Dave founded ePay Management as a premiere provider of electronic transaction services and payment processing technologies. ePay’s payment solutions are both cost effective and easy to implement, borne of the key role played in the nations first cellular dealer program for retailers offering data plans supported by ePay’s mobile processing solutions. His insights are often sought and featured in leading payment industry trade publications. Along with Dave Wilson and Richard Louis, Eric also helped create the first ABA compliant attorney retainer finance program that stands alone in the market today. Eric has always believed honesty and integrity are the foundation of success in business and life.
